A referral is needed. What do I need to include with it?
For specialties in eReferral, we are working to ensure the labs and diagnostic imaging required match what is listed on the referral pathways. Please refer to the pathways for the latest information and ensure you attach any labs and diagnostic imaging with your referral.
If you require support, please visit our Contact Us page. Please note that we do not accept patient referrals via this email address. |
