Log into ANP from a community facility via Citrix


For community facilities will need the following: 

RSA SecurID tokens

Access to ANP is secured through 2-factor authentication which requires an RSA SecurID Token. When accessing from a facility in the community, it is considered accessing remotely.

ANP user ID

You will receive your user ID from the Alberta Netcare Access Administrator (AA) at your facility, or via a system-generated automatic email notification.

Citrix Receiver/Workspace app

The latest version of Citrix Workspace app is recommended for ANP access. For steps on how to download the Citrix Workspace app, please review the following materials below.
