Connect Care Provider Portal (CCPP) via Alberta Netcare Portal (ANP)
The Connect Care Provider Portal (CCPP) is a secure online platform developed by Alberta Health Services (AHS) to enhance continuity of care by providing healthcare providers with access to their patients' health information within the Connect Care system.
Access to the CCPP is integrated within the Alberta Netcare Portal (ANP), enabling authorized users to seamlessly transition between systems. To launch the CCPP from within ANP:
1.CCPP Access Agreement and Epic Addendum
The CCPP Access Agreement is a legal document between Alberta Health Services (AHS), the operator of the CCPP, and you, an individual Custodian with a private practice not affiliated with AHS

2. Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA)
A Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) is a process that helps identify and address potential privacy risks associated with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal health information at your facility. Clinics must have an up-to-date PIA that has been submitted to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (OIPC).
